Seoul National University will waive tuition fees for the selected students for up to six semesters and the candidates will also get multiple other benefits like living expenses, round airfare coverage, free Korean Language Course, and National Health Insurance Coverage. Seoul National University will select eight students for each semester under the Seoul Presidential Fellowship Program and the candidates will get the opportunity to study for free in South Korea. Candidates who want to apply for the Scholarship must apply at the time of Admission at the Seoul National University for the available study programs.

Scholarship Coverage:
The Seoul National University will award the following benefits ti the selected students:
Skoltech University Scholarship Program
- Tuition fee: full tuition exemption for a maximum of 6 semesters
- Living expenses: up to 1, 500,000 KRW ~ 2,000,000 KRW per month for 3~4 years
- A round-trip airfare(economy class based on the GTS system)
- Korean language training (only evening class during regular semesters)
- National Health Insurance fee reimbursement
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Seoul National University Scholarship Program:
- Candidates from developing countries are more encouraged to apply
- to faculty members of a major university in a developing country WITHOUT a Ph.D. degree
- a newly admitted student to SNU as a Ph.D. student (priority given to faculty members from major universities in developing countries in Asia, Africa, South America, etc.)
- Non-Korean applicants currently enrolled or graduated from eligible countries, and who applied and are accepted into SNU
- Those who applied for the designated college/school participating in the GSFS Program
