Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following criteria for the eligibility in SBP postions:
| Education: | Masters in Law from HEC recognized domestic or reputable foreign university. |
| Age: | Maximum 45 years, as on the last date to submit application. Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience. |
| Experience: | Minimum 12 years of relevant field/ legal affairs including practice in higher courts with at least 04 years in a middle management position. Incumbent must be fully conversant with drawing up and reviewing contracts, drafting legislation and rules, negotiations and notifications relating to autonomous body like SBP and analyzing, interpreting and formulating opinion on points on law. |
| Other Attributes: | Working knowledge of MS OfficeSound knowledge of relevant national / international laws relating to international treatiesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information. |
