Islamabad Police announced these career opportunities in the Daily newspaper on 2nd October 2022. These vacancies are for the Constables with basic pay grade 7. Candidates from Punjab, Sindh rural, urban, KPK, GB, Fata, Balochistan, and AJK can apply as constables. ICT police have a special regional or provincial quota for these opportunities. Also, Islamabad Electricity company has announced multiple opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be a national of Pakistan
- Candidates must have matriculations from a recognized institute
- The age of candidates must be in between 18-25 years.
- No relaxation in Physical Standards

- Applicants need to deposit an affidavit of non-involvement in any criminal activity.
- Transgender are also eligible as per their self-perceived gender identity.
- Candidates of serving/retired employees can apply family claim basis, they are eligible if they provide complete documents of their claim like pension book, and retirement order at the time of interview.
Other Criteria:
- Candidates have to wear joggers at the time of running or for endurance test
- DRB and their staff will verify the physical Standards of the candidates.
- Character certificate will be submitted to the authority
- Medical examination will also be taken by the medical board

Height:
- Males:5ft,7inch
- Females: 5ft-2inch
Chest:
- 33*34.5 (for men) only
- Eyesight: 6/6
Endurance/ running Test:
- Candidates have to pass an endurance test of 1.5 miles in 10.5 minutes for male candidates and in 15 minutes for female candidates.
Deadline:
Candidates are advised to apply within 15 days of the official advertisement i.e 16-Oct-2022 is the deadline for the ICT constable positions.
