These scholarships are open for non-Saudi students who want to study in Master’s and Ph.D. programs in Saudia Arabia. Non-Saudi students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the King Abdulaziz University from all over the world.
Candidate needs to be graduated from a recognized university of their home country and pass the IELTS or TOEFL exams as an English Proficiency test. Candidates whose native language is English are not required to clear these tests for EPT. King Abdulaziz University is offering multiple scholarships in different fields. There are multiple fields of study for masters and Ph.D. programs candidates can apply according to their interests or relevancy.

The following benefits will be covered for the Deanship Graduate Scholarship Program at King Abdulaziz University:
1- Candidates will be able to get a monthly bursary.
2- A preparation allowance when coming for the first time.
3- The candidate would receive free health care.
4- Providing accommodation, scientific, cultural, and social care to the site for the selected candidates
5- The central Library and facilities for the schools.
6- Subsidized meals can be provided for the candidate.
7- An allowance for printing the thesis for the research students.
8- An allowance for shipping books (when graduated) for the selected applicants.
9- the candidate will be provided with a two-way ticket annually.
10- The opportunity to upgrade the scholarship for distinguished students who have obtained a master’s degree to a doctorate.

Eligiblity Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following criteria for eligiblity for the King Abdul Aziz University Scholarship Program:
1- The Candidates must have a university degree from an accredited college or university and should have a degree with “very good” at least. (Graduation certificates & transcripts have to be certified by the Saudi Embassy).
2- The Applicant’s age does not exceed (40) years for a Ph.D. and (35) years for Masters.
3- The Applicant must have a record of good Conduct and must be medically fit.
4- Recommendation letters should be submitted from two of his former professors.
5- The Applicant must not have been dismissed from any university in the kingdom.
6- An approved exam in English is required for applicants whose first language is not English. The approved exams and minimum required scores are listed below:
TOEFL PBT: 500
TOEFL CBT: 173
TOEFL IBT: 61
IELTS: >5

The applications are open for King Abdulaziz University scholarships on 5th November and registration will be closed on 28th December 2023.
