CDA believes in diplomacy and it will bring economic, financial development, and environmental stability the best part of diplomacy it is an effective tool for conflict resolution. MRF Center for Diplomatic Advancement will provide training on international law & policy-making; intercultural communication; mediation & negotiation skills; public speaking & presentation techniques; leadership development workshops etc, which equip individuals with the necessary tools needed in their pursuit of diplomatic excellence.
Two types of options are available for the MRF Programs either funded or Self-funded in both programs will cover as much as they can, and you will have all program-related expenses covered for the duration of the week-long fellowship. This includes return airfare, accommodation, meals, transportation, and any additional costs associated with the fellowship activities.

MRF Duration:
The duration of the Mandela Resendtial Program will be of 1 week from October 14th to 20th 2023.

Candidates must meet the following criteria for the MRF Program 2023:
- For self-funding there are no specific criteria pay your fee and reserve the seat
- For a fully funded MRF opportunity candidates must meet the criteria
- They are passionate and know about their skills
- They must have the potential to demonstrate their knowledge
- Candidates can apply from all over the world
- The minimum age should be 16 years
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Anyone from any background can apply
