Uppsala University Global Scholarships:
Eligiblity Criteria:
Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Uppsala Scholarships in Sweden:
- Candidates outside the EEA and Sweden can apply
- Candidates must have outstanding academic record
- You can only be awarded a Uppsala University Global Scholarship for a Master’s program at Uppsala University chosen as a priority (the program which you have ranked the highest of the four programs you can choose at University Admissions).
- Candidates must have applied for the Master’s program before the University Admissions deadline.
- Candidates must meet the entry requirements for the Master’s program you applied for. The application fee and your complete supporting documents must be received by University Admissions before the deadline.
Coverage:
The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. The scholarships do not cover living expenses.
Anders Wall Scholarships:
These scholarships are only for the African students.
Woods Hole Fellowship Program in the USA 2024
Eligiblity Criteria:
- You must be a citizen of a country in Africa.
- These scholarships are for the Bachelors and Masters Program
- You must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in being in an educational environment.
- You can only be awarded an Anders Wall Scholarship for a degree program at Uppsala University chosen as first, priority (the program which you have ranked the highest of the programs you can choose at University Admissions).
- You must have applied for the Bachelor’s or Master’s program before the University Admissions deadline.
- You must meet the entry requirements for the program you applied to. The application fee and your complete supporting documents must be received by University Admissions before the deadline.

The King Carl Gustak Scholarships:
These Scholarships are for the Citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Mexico, Myanmar, Philippines, South Africa, Sudan, Ukraine and Yemen.
Khalifa University Scholarship Program 2024
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a citizen of one of the following countries: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Mexico, Myanmar, Philippines, South Africa, Sudan, Ukraine or Yemen.
- These scholarships are for Masters Program
- You must show why you are particularly vulnerable and therefore in need of the educational environment at Uppsala University, as well as that you have the academic talent required.
- You can only be awarded a King Carl Gustaf scholarship for a Master’s program at Uppsala University chosen as a priority (the program which you have ranked the highest of the four programs you can choose at University Admissions).
- You must have applied for the Master’s program before the University Admissions deadline.
Coverage:
The King Carl Gustaf Scholarship is aimed at students who live in unsafe and dangerous conditions in areas affected by conflict or natural disasters. The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. The scholarships do not cover living expenses.
