Students who are from the European/non-European Union can apply and get this opportunity. Candidates who have studied in Germany need a graduation degree from a previous study program and candidates who have no education in German institutes are required master’s degree programs. Application Process:
Candidates need to follow the following stages for the Masters Scholarship Program under the Heinrich Boll Scholarship Program in Germany for the application and selection process as mentioned by the official website: Do you want to Study in the Netherlands
- Submission of written application documents, including a personal reference on your social
commitment and an expert reference from a university lecturer or, in the case of new students – a
school teacher via an online portal Two staff members from the Studienwerk and another department of the Heinrich Böll Foundation decide whether the the application will be forwarded to the second stage. - An interview with a liaison lecturer, usually at the place of residence of the liaison lecturer in Germany, by telephone or digitally.
- Digital interview with 3 to 4 selection committee members, including 1 to 2 external members, one scholarship holder, and one staff member of the Studienwerk.
- At each stage, only a small group is selected for the next stage. candidates will be informed in writing of the decision reached at each stage of the selection procedure.
