In order to encourage international students to enroll at the University of Pavia, 50 tuition fee waivers will be awarded on a “First come first served” basis to students enrolling at the 1st year in non-restricted access Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs at the University of Pavia for academic year 2024/25. Without the submission of any financial documents, the holders of the tuition fee waiver will only pay the Enrollment Tax, a sum of 156 euros that covers the “Regional Tax for the Right to Higher Education” and a duty stamp. The tuition fee waiver will be effective for the first year only and cannot be extended or renewed.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Hold a non-Italian citizenship (either Non-EU or EU);
- Reside outside Italy;
- Possess a Secondary School Diploma/Bachelor’s degree obtained outside Italy;

- Candidates are required to pay the Enrollment Tax (156 euros) from 15th May to 23rd May 2024.

How to Apply:
- Apply Online for the Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship
- Go to the application portal apply.unipv.eu and check the requirements of the program you are interested in.
- Register by clicking on ‘I am a new applicant’ and insert your email address. After this step a PIN CODE will appear on the screen.
- Go to your email inbox and open the registration email received. To continue the process, type the PIN CODE and set the password.
- Select the degree program of your interest and start the application process by filling in your data and uploading the required documents (Identity Document + Bachelor’s Degree diploma and transcript issued in English/Spanish/French or officially translated into Italian).
- Click on ‘Save’ to save your application at any point, even if incomplete. You can return to it later.
- Pay the Enrollment Tac (135 euros) and wait 24 hours to have the payment status updated.
- To complete your application, click on ‘SUBMIT’. If necessary -only before the deadline- you can reopen your application and add new documents. Still, please remember to resubmit it by clicking on “Submit” after adding any additional document.
- Pay attention to the feedback and requests for further actions you will receive via email.
