Each year ENS has announced competitive exams for the students who justify at least of one year undergraduate studies in a foreign university and distinguish themselves with outstanding results.
Candidates can get training from experienced researchers and seniors. The Ecole normale supérieure basic purpose is to train youngsters through taking competitive examinations in various fields like Arts and Humanities, as well as science. Integrated into the community of the normaliens, international students continue their studies at ENS and at the university at the same time, while benefiting from a 1000 euro grant for 3 years and from a room on one of the ENS campuses.

Eligiblity Criteria:
- The age of candidates must be a maximum of 26 by December 2023
- Candidates have not applied for the International scholarship Program before
- Candidates must not have lived in France for more than 10 months during the academic year of the selection (September 1st – August 31st) or the previous year.
- Candidates must have completed 1 year of the undergraduate degree from an international institute during the calendar year preceding the application Process
- Candidates justify at least two years of undergraduate studies in a foreign university, on the 1st of September following admission.

Financial Benefits:
Candidates will get the following benefits from the ENS Internationa Selection Program:
- 3000 euros for the three years of the studies
- One-room accommodation at the campus of the ENS
- Besides the degree in the relevant program candidates will be able to get the diploma of École normale supérieure.

Application Process:
- Candidates need to make an account on Dmatec
- Activate the account
- Candidates need to fill out and validate the initial application form
- If the jury selects your dossier, you are invited to take written and oral tests in Paris.
- The marks obtained at the tests determine the list of admitted students.
