There is a fully funded scholarship for master’s and Ph.D. degree programs at APU but there is partial funding for the bachelor program. Candidates who want to pursue a master’s or Ph.D. from Asia Pacific University will get a full tuition fee waiver while for bachelor’s candidates will get a partially funded and half tuition fee waiver. Eligiblity Criteria:
Students have to meet the following criteria for the eligiblity of APU Scholarships:
- International students aim to study in Japan
- The age of candidates is not more than 34 years
- GPA for candidates should be 2,30 out of 400
- English Proficiency test score is equivalent to B2 or above on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale (e.g. TOEFL iBT 72 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above). If the applicant doesn’t have any English test then he/she can provide an English Proficiency Certificate from a previous University which states that your degree language was English.

The last date to apply for the MEXT scholarship Program is 15th November 2023 for the intake of April and September 2024 at Asia Pacific University in Japan.
