Auckland University announced Excellence scholarships for international students biannually, first in October for the first-semester intake and second in March for the second-semester intake. So University will open applications for the second semester in March 2024. Candidates will be able to study for one year under this scholarship. Auckland University will select 50 talented and extraordinary international students for the Excellence scholarships to study in New Zealand.

Scholarship Value:
Auckland University will cover the following benefits under the International Students Excellence Scholarship Program: University of New South Wales Scholarship Program
Up to 50 scholarships will be awarded biannually and the value of that scholarship is $10,000.
Eligiblity Criteria:
Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Auckland University Scholarship Program: Commonwealth Scholarship Program to study in the UK
- International students are eligible to apply
- Candidates can be either new students who have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission, or an English Language Academy
- (ELA) a student who has received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission, or a student enrolled, or enrolling,
- Candidates who have enrolled, or enrolling, full-time in either a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) or master’s degree are eligible to apply
- As a condition of tenure, awardees will be required to enroll full-time for at least two semesters of study at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland
- The University of Auckland Council is not obliged to make an award if it is determined no candidate meets the criteria and/or no candidate of sufficient merit
Deadline:
