In all over the Punjab List of colleges have been announced in which these 3000+ CTI jobs have been announced, is available online too, how candidates who are ambiguous about whether their college or subject is mentioned or not in the list that is available online can visit their near or interested college on 21st December 2022 and see their college have your relevant subject list available.

Qualifications Marks criteria:

Candidates before applying for the CTI vacant positions must calculate their qualifications marks or criteria. The higher education department has already allocated marks from matriculations to your higher qualifications. Before calculating the marks you have to be clear about the college in which you are going to apply, whether it is a General and Community college or a BS college. Both categories of colleges have different mark calculation criteria. Now we will tell you what is General college and what is BS college. is. Candidates must have 2nd division in the relevant subject in which they are going to apply.

In the case of CPAs sometimes institutes already have mentioned OPM 9percentage of CGPA) so it is no need to see HEC defined percentage regarding the CGPA, if it is not mentioned clearly OPM or the percentage of CGPA in the official transcript or DMC then candidates have to follow HEC defined percentage formula regarding the conversion of CGPA-to percentage.

General and community colleges:

General and community colleges are those colleges that taught till intermediate or to the 12th class and their qualifications marks are higher than BS colleges. For a master’s degree, the highest allocation of marks or level one is 40, for MS 3 marks, for Ph.D. 5 marks, for bachelors level one marks are 15, for BS level one allocation is 13  for intermediate and matric is 15 to each

Level one means candidates who have scored 90% or above in semester examinations or 80% or above for annual examinations. There is level 5 in the marks criteria.

Positions holders in any degree will get 5, 3, and 2 marks for positions 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.

Following are the qualifications marks criteria for general and Community college.

BS Colleges:

BS Colleges are those colleges that are allocated to each BS degree in their colleges. Same it also has 5 levels in qualifications marks criteria. Level 1 for masters is 13, for MS 20, for Ph.D. 25, graduation 12, MS 20, BS 25, Intermediate 10, matric 10 marks. Level one means candidates who have scored 90% or above in semester examinations or 80% or above for annual examinations. There is level 5 in the marks criteria.

Positions holders in any degree will get 5, 3, and 2 marks for positions 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.

Interview marks:

There are 5 marks for the interview in colleges candidates have to prepare for the interview.

Interview Preparation:

Candidates have to prepare themselves and also go through their cv what hobbies and interests they have mentioned professor may ask anything about their hobbies.
In academics, candidates are advised to understand the subjects that are mentioned in their final transcript for example in biology if there is a subject ‘Anatomy” candidates have to recall basic knowledge about “ Anatomy” subject.

In this way, they can get sufficient marks in interviews.

Selection Committee:

Interviews will be held by the following committee of each college

  • Principal of the college concern
  • Teacher of the respective subject from college nominated by Principal|
  • Vice Principal/ Senior most teachers in college

List of Documents:

3 sets of Attested copies of the following documents:

  • CNIC
  • Domicile
  • Academic DMCs (Matriculations, intermediate, Bachelors)
  • Final Transcripts ( BS, MS, Ph.D.)
  • Academic degrees

Candidates must have to prepare 3 sets of attested copies of the above documents of each college if you are going to apply to 2 colleges you must have 6 sets of 3 for each college.

Application Procedure:

When candidates will go to the relevant college they will be provided with an Application Performa or they have to make it themselves candidates have to fill out that form and then attached those 3 sets of documents with it and submit them to the office.

Casual Leave:

Candidates only allow having 2 casual leave per month is allowed for the whole duration of the College teaching Internship program.

Regular or Permanent Positions:

It is clearly mentioned no regular or permanent position will be allocated to candidates in the future to which he is going to apply as an Internees.

Period of Internship:

Mostly it is for 5 months it may happen if the regular incumbent or contracted arrive earlier than the candidate’s internship can b finished at the moment.

Stipend:

45000 per month stipend will be provided to the candidates after the completion of the internship. In documents, it is said after 10 days of internship completion but according to previous candidates, it may take more time. Candidates must have an HBL account for the deposit of the CTI stipend.
