Applications are invited for the McCall MacBain scholarship program cohort 2025 for students who want to pursue their master’s or professional degree. This scholarship program not only provides education to scholars but also they will be active members of a diverse group of peers, mentors, and advisors who value working with others to address complex challenges facing communities large and small. McGill is located in the beautiful city of Montreal Canada and it is among the top 50 QS-ranked universities. At MacGill University 130 Canadian and international scholars will be selected for the McCall MacBain Scholarship Program. Up to 30 full scholarships and 100 entrance awards will be offered for Summer / Fall 2025 admission to master’s or professional studies at McGill.

This scholarship Program is for master’s and professional degrees and After an assessment of the written application, more than 250 Canadian and international semi-finalists will be invited to regional interviews. Graduate certificates, executive master’s programs, PhDs, and joint degree programs, are examples of programs not covered by the McCall MacBain Scholarships. Financial Benefits:

This scholarship will provide successful scholars with the following benefits:

  • Tuition and fees for the full normal duration of the master’s or professional program
  • A living stipend of $2,000 per month during academic terms
  • A one-time relocation grant for moving to Montréal
  • Learn from peers with a variety of cultural experienced
  • Candidates will be able to connect with professional mentors, advisors and scholars
  • Great chance for scholars to develop their leadership skills

Scholars who are not pursuing an academic term during the summer may apply for up to $5,000 to pursue meaningful summer experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet McCall MacBain cohort 2025 following eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must be current students on track to earn their first bachelor’s degree by August 2025
  • Candidates must earned their first bachelor’s degree in the last five years (January 2019 or later)
  • Candidates earned their first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and are 30 years or younger in 2024
  • TOEFL/ IELTS required for the eligibility
  • Candidates will also need to meet the minimum degree and language requirements for McGill master’s program admission.
  • Candidates must have exceptional character
  • Candidates must have Leadership Qualities
  • Candidates must have a good academic record
