Applications are invited for the international Corporation domestic Funds for the academic year 2025 in Taiwan. The Taiwan International Corporation Domestic Funds ICDF has established the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA) with 23 partner universities, setting up an operational platform under this TICA framework to manage and improve the scholarship program. In 2025, there are 29 programs offered for TaiwanICDF Scholarship application. More information about each of the programs offered in 2025 will be provided in this article.

Candidates can pursue higher education in Undergradution, Masters and Ph.D. programs via Taiwan Scholarships Programs. There are about 23 programs have been offered in Taiwan Scholarship Programs. Financial Coverage:
The following benefits will be provided for the Taiwan ICDF scholarship Programs 2025:
- airfare (round-trip) in economy class
- housing facility to live in students’ dormitories.
- tuition fee will be covered as required by the university
- credit fees may vary with the number of credits registered
- Mandatory Student insurance will be set by the Ministry of Education and it will be covered
- textbook costs as required by instructors
- monthly allowance of NT$18,000 to 20,000 will be provided by the TaiwanICDF to each
- student within his/her given award period.

Eligiblity Criteria:
Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Taiwan Scholarship Program:
- Be a citizen of a country on the List of Countries Eligible for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship, and satisfy any specific criteria established by his or her country and/or the government of citizenship
- Neither be a national of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nor an overseas compatriot student
- Satisfy the admission requirements of the partner university to which he or she has applied to study under a TaiwanICDF scholarship.
- Candidates must have all the academic certificates and diplomas
- Candidates must be eligible to meet all the requirements of residential VISA
- Candidates should not be holders of any other government-sponsored scholarship
