Awaji Youth Federation works under the Pasona group and gives opportunities to learn from mentors. AYF provides selected Fellows with the opportunity to challenge themselves and hone their skills in a multicultural environment that reflects both the needs of the Japanese workplace and the opportunities that come with a flexibly structured and stimulating learning-by-doing structure. Candidates must have fluency in English and Japanese languages.

The AYF Fellowship Program consists of different themes that are connected through Mentoring, Projection, and event creation of different opportunities. In short, this Fellowship program is a treasure of knowledge that candidates can get in 6 to 9 months. Financial Advantages:
Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program under the Pasona group will give the following financial and nonfinancial benefits to the selected Fellows: Â Do you want to study in Italy?
- The monthly stipend includes a base salary and overtime of 197,000 JPY
- Government taxes, insurance, and other taxes will be deducted
- Japanese class fees will be deducted
- Candidates will be fully employed by the Pasona Group Inc.
- Accommodation and utility included in the monthly stipend
- Individual room in either Japanese or Western style
- Utility costs such as electricity and Wi-Fi are included in accommodation facilities
- AYF will offer discounted meals to the Fellows on working days.
- Candidates have to arrange travel costs by themselves from their home country to Japan for the Fellowship Program
Commencement of Fellowship:
Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship will begin in October 2024.

Components of AYF:
Awaji Youth Federation consists of three main components that are linked to each other:

AYF strongly believes in the harmony of different cultures when candidates from different cultures come under the one roof of Awaji Island and do some creativity then an innovative community will be built.

Learning at AYF:
Fellows will be able to learn the following at the Fellowship Programs in AYF:
- Fellows will receive several lectures from eminent experts well-versed in the AYF 2021 themes and goals.
- As a working internship, the AYF Fellowship will require fellows to be involved in supporting, developing, and creating initiatives to drive and deliver outcomes for AYF and the Pasona Group across several core areas.
- Each Fellow will be assigned a dedicated Mentor from the AYF Secretariat staff, all of whom are AYF Alumni, to act as a sounding board and personal guide throughout the year.
British Council Research Fellowship Program
Eligibility Criteria:
For selection at AYF Fellowship Program candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The age of candidates must be between 24 to 30 years
- Candidates who graduated with a master’s degree or graduate degree can join the AYF fellowship program 2024
- Candidates must have English ability of TOEIC 800 or equivalent for non-native speakers. (Fluent both in speaking and writing)
- Fellows should have Japanese language skills （JLPT N1-N3）preferable
- Candidates should be Flexible, perseverance, and resilience, and be committed to solving problems
Japanese Languages:
Support will be offered to AYF fellows to learn the Japanese language online on a discounted fee basis.
