Guillaume Dupaix International Masters Schlarship:

The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Ministry of Research and Higher Education are funding a talent support program. The Guillaume Dupaix International Master’s Scholarship aims to attract high-achieving international students who wish to follow a master’s program at the University of Luxembourg.

Eligiblity Criteria:

Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Guillaume Dupaix International Masters Schlarship program at the University of Luxembourg: . Australian awards scholarship program

  • International applicants both from EU and non-EU countries applying to a master’s degree
  • Only Master programs that run their two-year program in Luxembourg. Master programs that have a mandatory semester or year abroad are not eligible.
  • Excellent academic performance during undergraduate studies
  • Full-time students are eligible only
  • Non-beneficiaries of Luxembourg’s State Financial Aid for Higher Education

Financial Coverage:

The University of Luxembourg will cover the following benefits for the Guillaume Dupaix International Masters Schlarship program:  University of New South Wales Scholarship Program

  • The stipend amounts to €10,000 per academic year for up to 2 years
  • One part of the scholarship covers student housing and the remaining part is an amount paid in installments at the beginning of each semester for a maximum of two years.
  • The scholarship is subject to performance evaluation and may be withheld, for example, in the case of academic misconduct, poor academic performance or withdrawal from the master’s program.
  • Tuition fees are not included in the scholarship.
  • The scholarship cannot be cumulated with any other type of grant financed by the Luxembourg government or a similar scholarship funded by a private sponsor.
  • Part of the scholarship is used to finance the student’s accommodation in a university residence for the duration of the Master’s program, up to a maximum of EUR 650/month for a maximum of two years.

  • Candidates need to meet the admission requirements if they want to be selected for the Guillaume Dupaix International Master’s Scholarship Program
  • Then, proceed by submitting your Master’s application, using our online admissions portal accessible, and submit all required documents via the link mentioned below
  • Once your application is complete, it will be forwarded to the Director of Studies of the selected Master’s program.

Lea Sinner:

The overall objective of the Fondation Léa Sinner is to support students in their higher education studies. The foundation aims at supporting underprivileged youth living in Luxembourg, to improve their social condition. Eligiblity Criteria:

Candidates need to meet the following criteria for the Lea Sinner Scholarships at the University of Luxembourg:

  • Holders of a secondary school degree, or an equivalent
  • Not registered in a subsequent bachelor’s or master’s program
  • Citizens of Luxembourg or from the European Union
  • Residing in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
  • Committed to undertake their studies at Bachelor’s or Master’s level at the University of Luxembourg
  • The family income of the candidates may not exceed the triple of the minimum income level

Scholarship Value:

Candidates will be awarded 30.000€ per year, divided among up to 6 candidates under Lea Sinner Scholarships.

Required Documents:

Candidates are invited to submit the following documents (in English, French or German):

  • A letter of motivation
  • A curriculum vitae, including copies of their diplomas, certificates, and official supplement to these
  • A justification of the revenue of their parents, which has to be proofed by issuing a copy of the tax income declaration of the previous year
  • Their family status
  • A proof of residence in Luxembourg
  • A certificate of registration at the University of Luxembourg

Portabella:

International students who want to study Bachelor/Master students in social/financial difficulties can apply under Portabella scholarships at the University of Luxembourg.

The duration of Portabella scholarships varies depending upon the field candidate enrolled to study

Scholarship Value:

The scholarship value also varies from field to field and a specific amount will be awarded to the candidates depending upon the field of interest.
