  • Have been awarded an Excellence Scholarship in your first year of study.
  • Achieve a 70% year average at the first attempt in your previous year of study.
  • Renewal will pause for years spent in industrial study or intercalated study and will restart during applicants return to study at in School of Chemical Engineering at Birmingham based on the performance from the year before their year out.

Deadline:

There is no specific deadline for the International Excellence Scholarship Program candidates can apply at any time of the year.

How to Apply:

No application is required, all those who meet the conditions above will be contacted by the end of welcome week 2024. Holders of this award become eligible for the Chemical Engineering First Class Scholarship after year 1, which is applied in the form of a £1500 tuition fee discount.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following criteria for eligibility for the European Parliament Traineeship Program:

Study in Barcelona Spain

  • The age of candidates must be above than 18 years
  • Candidates must be members of the European Union
  • Candidates must hold a diploma at the university level
  • Candidates must have proof of no criminal activity
  • Candidates must not have benefited from another European traineeship or any other type of traineeship for more than two months.
  • Candidates must not have carried out a study visa at the Secretariat or European Parliament six months prior to the beginning of the traineeship.

Financial Benefits:

  • The monthly stipend will be provided to the selected candidates and it varies from 92 euros to 1627 euros
  • A fixed travel allowance of EUR 250 will be provided
